  • You agree not to sue or make any claims against GKEA LLC or its agents for personal injury, illness, or loss of property.

This waiver is binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

Orders, Subscriptions & Payments

You agree to pay for goods and services at the time of order. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion.

Shipping, Pickup & Returns

Shipping options: Standard mail or local studio pickup. Delivery delays may occur.

Returns:

  • Refunds available for unworn items returned within 14 days with tags.

  • Exchanges/store credit accepted within 30 days.

  • Final sale items, services, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Personal care and consumable items are non-returnable.
