Lauren is our resident beach girl, originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and she's bringing sunshine, big energy, and plenty of laughs to the 724 podium ☀️💙

By day, she works in marketing at Dick's Sporting Goods. Outside the studio, she's usually thrifting, antiquing, renovating her

house, or wishing she was back on the beach 🌊🛍️🏡
Her playlists are packed with 2000s rap, hip-hop, and pretty much anything Pitbull. If Mr. Worldwide is involved, she's in 🎶🔥

Lauren's coaching style is all about making fitness fun. She'll challenge you, make you laugh, and make sure everyone feels like they belong from the moment they clip in. That's the kind of rider experience she was looking for when she first started, and it's exactly what she hopes to create for others 🫶🏼✨

Fun fact: she grew up surfing and has had multiple shark encounters. In one particularly wild story, a shark actually had her foot in its mouth 😳🦈

She's also one of four siblings, has two much-younger brothers, is getting married in Ireland in 2027 ☘️💍, and is a proud dog mom to Indy, her goofy black lab named after Indiana Jones 🐾🤎
